The Model SVPT-100 TPF Monitor, Pressure and Flow Monitor can measure flue gas parameters such as temperature, pressure, dynamic pressure and flow velocity in real time. It is specially developed and designed for harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity, high dust and high corrosion in continuous flue gas emission monitoring. It is mainly applied to the flue gas flow velocity measurement at the waste gas discharge outlets of stationary pollution sources and industrial process control in enterprises such as cement, metallurgy, coal chemical industry and petrochemical industry.

Technical Advantages

The pitot tube is made of 316L stainless steel with strong corrosion resistance.
Equipped with a high-temperature resistant touch screen display and supports on-site calibration.
Capable of automatic backflushing to prevent pitot tube blockage.
Adopts a high-precision differential pressure sensor to improve the measurement accuracy of low flow velocity (below 4m/s).
The improved “S” pitot tube effectively prevents water droplets from accumulating in the pitot tube and reduces the influence of humidity on flow velocity measurement, especially for low flow velocity measurement.
Uses 4 solenoid valves to separately control backflushing, zero adjustment, static pressure protection and total pressure protection, effectively solving the impact of high temperature, high humidity, high dust and corrosive gas on the sensor.
