The SUV-100 flue gas analyzer adopts ultraviolet differential optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) technology. It is capable of measuring the concentrations of multiple gases including SO₂, NO, NO₂ and O₂, featuring high measurement accuracy, excellent reliability and fast response speed. It can be widely applied to process and safety control in industrial production across such fields as industrial process gas monitoring, power plant metallurgy, cement manufacturing, chemical fertilizer production, chemical industry, environmental protection and scientific research.

  5. The non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) MEMS infrared light source is an electrically modulated pulsed light source with high modulation frequency, meeting the characteristic requirements of pyroelectric detectors.
  6. Atmospheric pressure compensation function reduces the impact of ambient atmospheric pressure changes on instrument measurement.
  7. High-precision constant temperature control minimizes the influence of ambient temperature fluctuations on instrument measurement.
