The Dynamic Diluter/Gas Blender is a high-precision gas calibration instrument independently developed to meet the demands of the existing gas online monitoring industry. The S8000 device controls the output of varying flow ratios through mass flow controllers to achieve the configuration of different gas concentrations. All internal pipelines and connectors in the device are treated with inert materials. It is primarily used for the calibration and gas quality control of volatile organic compounds online monitoring equipment, ambient air monitoring devices, and other related applications.

  1. Equipped with imported high-precision mass flow meters for proportion control, featuring high reliability, excellent repeatability and minimal zero drift.
  2. 7-inch touch screen display with menu-driven structure for simple and convenient operation.
  3. Wide dilution range, capable of achieving a maximum sample gas dilution ratio of 1:1000.
  4. Supports simultaneous dilution of multiple gases with fast response speed to meet on-site calibration needs.
  5. Full-process automatic software control for real-time monitoring of gas flow rates and gas concentration values.
  6. Built-in automatic cleaning function that performs pipeline cleaning automatically according to preset programs.
  7. Has a power-on self-test function and issues an alarm prompt in case of equipment abnormality.
  8. All gas paths are made of inert materials, resulting in low maintenance requirements and costs.
