Product Description

The Model TK-1000 Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) for Marine Exhaust Gas is an online monitoring device designed to continuously measure the pollutant concentration and total emission volume in marine exhaust gas. Adopting technologies such as Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) spectroscopy, the system is capable of measuring multiple parameters including CO₂, O₂, temperature, pressure, flow rate, and humidity. Featuring a modular design, corrosion resistance, vibration resistance, explosion protection, and automatic operation, it is suitable for marine environments and contributes to air pollution prevention and control.

  2. The cabinet can be customized as carbon steel or stainless steel positive-pressure explosion-proof type. Flue gas parameter devices such as the integrated temperature-pressure-flow monitor and particulate matter dust monitor can also be customized with explosion-proof functions to meet diverse explosion-proof requirements.
  3. A customized anti-vibration system is equipped to address the vibration issues during marine navigation.
  4. Adopting PLC control with a high level of automation, the liquid crystal screen displays the system flow path and collects detailed status information of the system, which can serve as the most favorable resource for data validity verification.
