Product Description

The Model TK-1200 VOCs Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) for Pollution Sources adopts advanced technologies including full-process high-temperature trace heating pretreatment, gas chromatography (GC), and flame ionization detection (FID). It is mainly applied to the real-time monitoring of organic compounds emitted from various industrial pollution sources. With stable and reliable performance, high automation level, and wide detection range, the system can measure multiple parameters such as total hydrocarbons (THC), methane (CH₄), non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC), and benzene series. It conducts continuous and real-time tracking and monitoring of VOCs concentration and emission rate.

Technical Advantages

  1. The online chromatograph adopts sample injection pressure balance technology, which minimizes sample injection error and ensures accurate measurement.
  2. It is equipped with multi-stage precision dust removal. The pipelines are made of weak adsorption materials and have a self-cleaning function, which can effectively perform back-blow cleaning of impurities such as particulates in the sample to avoid pipeline blockage. The system is suitable for harsh conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, high concentration, and high dust content.
  3. It adopts an extractive sampling method with adjustable trace heating temperature. The entire system from the sampling probe to the analyzer is heated at high temperature (temperature set at 120~180℃), ensuring no condensation in the entire gas flow path.
  4. The system adopts a fully automatic intelligent control and safe operation design, featuring high-precision flow control and comprehensive multi-level alarm functions, and can automatically resume operation after an unexpected interruption.
  5. The system has full-process capabilities from calibration to data processing, supports full-system gas path calibration, provides customizable independent analysis software, and can store historical data for more than three years.
