Product Description

The Toxic Gas Alarm consists of a detector and an alarm control unit. It is widely used in petrochemical industries such as petroleum, fuel gas, chemical engineering and oil depots where toxic gases may exist. It is designed to detect gas leaks in hazardous indoor and outdoor locations, serving as a critical instrument for ensuring production and personal safety.

Measurement Principle

When toxic gas is present in the detected area, the detector converts the gas signal into a voltage or current signal and transmits it to the alarm device. The instrument displays the gas concentration as a percentage of the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) of the toxic gas. When the toxic gas concentration exceeds the preset alarm threshold, an audible and visual alarm will be triggered to prompt on-duty personnel to take timely safety measures, thereby preventing combustion and explosion accidents.
