The Model TK-1300 Hydrogen Fluoride (HF) Online Monitoring System adopts high-temperature heat tracing extraction technology combined with TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy) technology to conduct continuous online monitoring of hydrogen fluoride gas generated during industrial production processes. Composed of three components: sampling and transmission unit, preprocessing and control unit, and analysis unit, the system is mainly applied to gas emission monitoring and process control across a wide range of industrial fields.
