The Model TK-3000 Industrial Kiln Gas Analysis System is a safety monitoring device specially designed for high-temperature and high-dust working conditions such as calcium carbide furnaces. Composed of sampling probe, preprocessing, analysis, control and calibration units, the system is optimized for harsh environments on the basis of absorbing overseas technologies. It is suitable for gas analysis and monitoring of various industrial kilns including submerged arc furnaces, electric arc furnaces, rotary kilns and heating furnaces.
