The SINZEN Ultraviolet(UV) sensor is an independently self-developed flue gas analysis product which is suitable for online gas analysis of environmental protection and industrial control sites. Based on Ultraviolet Absorption Spectroscopy and Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy, it adopts optical technology platform, and can conduct online analysis and measurement for gases including SO2, NO, NO2, H2S, Cl2 and NH3, etc. Under normal conditions, it is used to measure gas component of SO2, NOX and other gas components can be extended. Disposable filter elements are manufactured from precision borosilicate glass fibers under the highest standards of quality control. These filter elements provide superior filtration efficiency at a very low pressure drop, with a void volume exceeding 90%, resulting in an exceptionally long service life.
This filter is equipped with a 0.20 μm pore size cellulose acetate sterile membrane. The filter is individually packaged in sterile condition and is suitable for filtering impurities in gas analysis, with a handling capacity ranging from 0.1 L to 5 L/min. It features a large filtration area and eight PTFE-equipped vent holes on the upper part of the filter housing, providing automatic venting during filtration to prevent air locking, thus ensuring very high filtration speed. Additionally, the filter is supplemented with a glass fiber membrane, which enables filtration of viscous or difficult-to-filter liquids while maintaining an ideal high flow rate. To capture particulates that are difficult to remove from gas, the filter is also equipped with a fine reverse-flow filter element.

This device is a semiconductor cooling-type condenser specifically designed and manufactured for various gas analysis instruments used in industrial process control and environmental online gas component detection (such as UV differential flue gas analyzers and infrared gas analyzers). The semiconductor single-channel condenser rapidly condenses water from high-temperature, humid gas into liquid form inside the cold chamber through semiconductor refrigeration. The condensate is then discharged by a peristaltic pump (or other means) to achieve gas-liquid separation, completely avoiding common measurement issues and ensuring more accurate monitoring data, which has been well received by customers.

A peristaltic pump is a positive displacement pump that conveys liquid by squeezing a hose. In the drainage system of a compressor condenser, it can efficiently and reliably discharge the water generated during the condensation process, ensuring the stable operation of the system. The peristaltic pump periodically squeezes an elastic hose through rotating rollers or pressure blocks to generate a vacuum for sucking in liquid and pushing it to flow forward. When the squeezed part is released, the hose resumes its original shape to generate suction, continuously drawing in subsequent liquid and achieving continuous and stable fluid delivery.
