Product Description

Currently, the vast majority of nitrogen oxide measuring instruments on the market determine the concentration of nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) or total nitrogen oxides (NOₓ) by first converting NO₂ in the total NOₓ (NO+NO₂) into NO. However, due to the NO₂/NO conversion efficiency (which depends on the actual NO₂ concentration), some field conditions are not suitable for using a nitrogen oxide converter for NO₂-to-NO conversion. To address this issue, Shandong SINZEN Instrument Co., Ltd. has developed the SUV-100 flue gas analyzer, which employs a direct NO₂ measurement method for pollutant measurement.

The analyzer is based on ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy and chemometric algorithms. It can measure the concentrations of gases such as SO₂, NO, NO₂, and O₂. Featuring high measurement accuracy, high reliability, fast response time, and wide applicability, it can be widely used in environmental online monitoring, industrial control, safety monitoring, and other applications.

Technical Advantages

  1. The light source uses a pulsed xenon lamp with a lifespan of 10⁹ pulses. Calculated at 3 pulses per second, the service life reaches 10 years. As a cold light source, the pulsed xenon lamp offers long life, good stability, and no warm-up time compared to infrared light sources.
  2. The DOAS (Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy) algorithm is adopted, which represents an advanced online analysis method for SO₂, NOₓ, and other gases, with a detection lower limit reaching 1 ppm.
  3. The analyzer’s gas cell is made of stainless steel, requiring no internal mirror polishing or gold plating. The gas cell is robust, low-cost, and less affected by moisture and dust.
  4. By analyzing the continuous spectrum, the concentrations of multiple gas chemical components can be measured simultaneously, offering high integration and cost-effectiveness.
  5. Equipped with multiple high-performance processors that communicate via a high-speed data bus, each module features powerful digital configuration and monitoring capabilities. The touchscreen human-machine interface is simple to operate and user-friendly.
