The SINZEN Moisture & Oxygen Analyzer adopts internationally advanced solid-state electrolytic ceramic sensor technology for humidity measurement. The core sensor features a high-temperature resistant structure, capable of withstanding up to 250°C, ensuring long-term stable operation in high-temperature environments. The product offers high measurement accuracy, strong corrosion resistance, fast response, high temperature tolerance, and reliable performance. It excels in harsh conditions involving heavy metals, high corrosion, high humidity, and organic interference.

Technical Specifications

When dry (no water present), the infrared light emitted by the infrared LED is reflected by the diamond-shaped mirror to the receiver transistor. At this time, the CE junction of the receiver transistor is fully conducting, outputting a high level. When water is present, the infrared light is refracted by the water, no light reaches the receiver transistor, the CE junction presents high impedance, and the emitter has no output.
