Domestic waste incineration plants are required to conduct automatic, continuous and online monitoring of the main components of incineration flue gas. The basic monitoring items include HCl, SO₂, NOₓ and soot, while CO and HF also need to be detected in some occasions. The Model TK-1000 Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) for solid waste/domestic waste incineration flue gas adopts technologies such as DOAS UV differential absorption spectroscopy and tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS). It is capable of measuring multiple parameters including SO₂, NOₓ, O₂ and HCl. With a simple structure, modular design, high stability and low operating costs, the system is installed in the monitoring station room for easy operation and maintenance.
