Product Description

The Model TK-1000 Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) for gas-fired boilers adopts advanced DOAS UV differential absorption spectroscopy technology combined with the extractive cold-dry method. It is capable of monitoring parameters in gas such as NOₓ, O₂, temperature, pressure, flow rate, and humidity. The entire system features a simple structure, modular design, high stability, and low operating costs.

Technical Advantages

  2. Based on UV differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) technology, the innovative multi-parameter joint estimation and interference cancellation algorithm achieves extremely low zero drift and span drift over a wide temperature range, with the minimum detection limit of NO as low as 0.05 mg/m³.
  3. Adopting PLC control with a high level of automation, the liquid crystal screen displays the system flow path and collects detailed status information of the system, which can serve as the most favorable resource for data validity verification.
